Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

LakeviewStay is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their property during their stay, except as required by law. Guests are advised to secure personal belongings.

Code of Conduct

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards staff and other guests. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the property without refund.
