Welcome to LakeviewStay, a luxurious resort in Hyderabad. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services, including bookings and stays at our resort. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All bookings must be made through our official website or authorised booking platforms. A valid contact number is required to secure your reservation. Full payment or advance may be required at the time of booking or check-in as specified.

• Guests must be 18 years or older to make a booking.
• Room availability and rates are subject to change without prior notice.
• Special requests such as room preferences are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• LakeviewStay reserves the right to decline bookings at its discretion.

We understand plans can change. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the check-in date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may incur a fee equivalent to one night's stay.

• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount without exception.
• Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
• Force majeure circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

As a guest of LakeviewStay, you are responsible for ensuring a pleasant stay for yourself and fellow guests:

• Maintaining the condition of resort property and reporting any damage promptly.
• Complying with all resort rules, regulations, and staff instructions.
• Providing accurate and complete information during the booking process.
• Ensuring all members of your party are aware of and adhere to these terms.

LakeviewStay offers a curated range of amenities including a premium swimming pool, dining facilities, lakeside spaces, and recreational activities. Please note:

• Availability of amenities may vary based on season, maintenance, or other circumstances.
• Some amenities or special services may require additional charges.
• Guests use all facilities at their own risk. LakeviewStay is not liable for accidents during recreational activities.

LakeviewStay is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to guests or their property during their stay, except as required by applicable Indian law. Guests are strongly advised to secure their personal belongings at all times. LakeviewStay shall not be held responsible for natural events, power outages, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

LakeviewStay is a place of relaxation and peace. All guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully towards staff, fellow guests, and the natural environment. Any disruptive, aggressive, or unlawful behaviour may result in immediate removal from the property without a refund.

• No loud music or noise after 10:00 PM.
• Pets are permitted only with prior written approval.
• Smoking is prohibited inside all indoor spaces.
